Middleton Manufacturing Plant
A 50-year-old elevator manufacturing campus of about 700,000 square feet, roughly 515,000 of it manufacturing floor, improved while production kept running. I led its LEED Gold certification and the building-performance work behind it, partnering with facilities, operations and leadership.
